Here we have summarized some details about the equipment for you. Our apartment has approx. 60 square meters and offers space for 2 - 4 people.

• Prices in Euro per accommodation unit and day incl. VAT for 2 to 4 persons.
• Each additional person per day € 15,-
• Heating, water and final cleaning incl.
• Electricity excl. (€ 0,25/kWh)

• Overnight stay tax € 2,50.- per person and night excl. (from the age of 15)

As we have put a lot of heart and soul into the construction of this apartment, we require a deposit of € 150,- which must be paid in cash on arrival. After proper return of the apartment this will be refunded. Please read the detailed information. THANK YOU!

Payment options:
Please note that we only accept cash payments or advance transfers.
Cancellation conditions according to AGBH 2006

• 3 months before the agreed arrival date free of charge
• up to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total price
• up to 1 week before the arrival date 70% of the total price
• in the last week 90% of the total price

Check in:
Our app. is available to you from 4 pm on the day of arrival

Check out:
We kindly ask you to vacate the app. by 10 am on the day of departure at the latest. Please report any damage or defects in good time. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment thoroughly cleaned.
This includes

• washing up and putting away the dishes
• clean ceramic hob, microwave and fridge-freezer
• Disposal of all waste - please separate!
