Since we have invested a lot of heart in the construction of this apartment, we require a deposit of 150.- Euro - this must be paid in cash on arrival. After proper return of the app. this will be refunded. Please read the detailed information. THANK YOU!

Please note that we only accept cash payments or advance payments.
Cancellation conditions according to AGBH 2006
  • 3 months before the agreed day of arrival free of charge
  • up to 1 month before date of arrival 40% of the total price
  • up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total price
  • in the last week 90% of the total price

Our apartment is available on the day of arrival from 4pm

Check out:
We kindly ask you leave the apartment by 10 am on the day of departure. Please report any damage or defects that may arise. We politely ask you to leave the apartment cleaned.
These includes:

  • the rinsing and cleaning of the dishes
  • clean ceramic hob, microwave and fridge-freezer
  • Disposal of all waste - Attention please separate!
